This tool is the perforating tool used for the Ornare paper piercing craft. This is the perfect tool to create wonderful paper pierced projects. The needle is shorter and therefore there is less pressure on the vellum. Also being that the needle is shorter the hole diameter is slightly smaller then the hole made with regular Ornare piercing tool.
