Ellen Hutson, LLC accepts payment via PayPal, Visa and MasterCard. PayPal lets you instantly send payment online using your bank account, a wide variety of credit cards, and other sources. We cannot accept international credit cards, international orders must be paid via PayPal.
For your protection and peace of mind, all online PayPal and credit card transactions are processed with the latest security measures. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard for secure online commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address.
PACKING AND SHIPPING
Ellen Hutson, LLC ships every business day to ensure rapid delivery to you. Orders placed Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will ship Monday or the next business day whenever possible. In the event of high business volume, Ellen Hutson, LLC may take up to 7 business days to complete and ship your order. If it will take us longer than 7 business days to ship your order we will notify you of the delay. During the holiday seasons, we cannot be responsible for delayed shipping through the carrier.
Ellen Hutson, LLC ships all orders using delivery confirmation and is not responsible for any parcels that are missing that show delivery has occurred. Please be certain that orders are shipped to a secure location where they will not be lost or stolen. Please contact your local carrier for missing packages.
Ellen Hutson, LLC cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses used when placing your order. Our system automatically sends to the address which is confirmed during checkout. We are happy to reship the order if the order is returned to us --- aditional shipping charges that are required as a result of an incorrect address will be billed as a separate transaction.
If United States International Priority Mail is not an available shipping option, then Ellen Hutson, LLC cannot ship to your country. Please email email@example.com with any questions or for additional details.

To ensure efficient delivery, it is our policy to ship via Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service with delivery confirmation. In special circumstances where noted, when weight and size of product require special box sizes, orders will be sent UPS Ground.
International orders placed online will NOT include shipping costs and will not be shipped until receipt of shipping charges. Actual shipping costs will be billed separately via PayPal, after we have carefully packed and weighed the order and emailed an invoice to you. These costs reflect the actual cost we are charged through the United States Postal Service (USPS), with the PayPal invoice reflecting any shipping discounts that may apply. Ellen Hutson LLC uses USPS to ship all parcels worldwide and is not responsible for any parcels that are lost or damaged by USPS once the parcel has left our warehouse. USPS does not provide detailed tracking information on International Small Flat Rate Boxes.

International orders must be paid with PayPal, as we cannot accept international credit cards. Please note, we will not falsify customs forms by marking your shipment as "Gift" or altering the value of items. In addition to being illegal, these actions are likely to delay your package's arrival as accurate values are assessed by customs officials.

Please Note: Due to Copic policies, Copic Markers may only be shipped within the United States and Canada, excluding the island of Oahu.
Shipments outside the USA may be subject to import charges and taxes. These charges will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
When an order ships we do our best to advise you via email that your package has shipped.
We take extra care to package each order appropriately. All orders are well packed and ship with a packing slip. Our shipping fees include our packaging fees, which includes, but is not limited to, packaging materials such as bubble wrap, packing paper, single or double ply boxes and delivery confirmation. If your product arrives damaged by the carrier, please inform the carrier of damage at the time of delivery. Please inform Ellen Hutson, LLC of the damage and we will provide a Return Authorization number to return your product. If the carrier cannot deliver your product due to you (Buyer) providing an undeliverable name and or address, you will be responsible for all additional re-shipment fees.
Please note that we cannot add to, cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.
In the event that an item ordered is not in stock, we will contact you by email to let you know the estimated ship date.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Ellen Hutson, LLC wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are happy to accept returns and exchanges of unused/unopened or defective merchandise. Returned merchandise must be in unused condition and in its original packaging.
If, after initial inspection, any product is damaged or defective in any way, you may return it in unused condition, in original packaging within 7 days for exchange or full credit.
All shipping charges for returns shall be the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases of defective or incorrect merchandise. Refunds for returned items are issued within 7 business days of our receipt of the returned product.

Class fees for courses taken at HOWnow School of Creative Arts are non-refundable in most cases. However, if you have paid for the class and are unable to access the class site please notify us within 30 days. A full refund will be offered within 30 days if you are unable to access the class site.
We charge sales tax on all orders shipped within Washington State. Please contact us at email@example.com if you have any questions or concerns regarding your sales tax charge. All other orders are sales tax exempt.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITIES
Other than the limited warranty set forth in the Returns and Exchanges section above, the Seller (Ellen Hutson, LLC) makes no other warranty, express or implied, regarding any product purchased from Ellen Hutson, LLC. This warranty disclaimer specifically includes any and all express or implied warranties of merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose. Any Buyer who purchases from Ellen Hutson, LLC expressly understands and agrees that, in case of a dispute regarding a purchased product, Buyer’s remedy shall be solely and exclusively limited to the terms and conditions of the return/exchange program described above.
In no case shall Ellen Hutson, LLC be liable for any consequential or incidental damages, including any injury, or loss of use, revenue, or profit suffered by any Buyer as a result of any product purchase from Ellen Hutson, LLC, or as a result of any contact by Buyer with the Ellen Hutson, LLC internet site.
This disclaimer of warranties and liabilities by Ellen Hutson, LLC shall not affect Buyer’s rights against any product manufacturers under express or implied warranties that may be provided by the manufacturers of any products purchased from Ellen Hutson, LLC.
ELLEN HUTSON LLC, ESSENTIALS BY ELLEN ANGEL POLICY
Ellen Hutson LLC, Essentials by Ellen designs are licensed, and copyrighted by the original artist, Julie Ebersole. Essentials by Ellen designs may be used on products for sale, as long as the images/designs are entirely hand-stamped and individually produced. They may not be reproduced for any commercial or non-commercial purpose via mechanical, digital or electronic means. Mass production, production by hired workers or production of work in assembly line fashion is not permitted.
Essentials by Ellen images and designs may not be used for business logos, sales tags or other commercial purpose beyond hand-crafted projects created for resale as previously described. Finished projects made with Essentials by Ellen products may be photographed and photography of such may be posted and displayed on any public website, blog or internet forum. Persons creating hand-made items for sale or display are responsible for complying with any state and local business and tax regulations and assume all liability for suitability of their work and agree to indemnify Ellen Hutson LLC, its licensors, employees, and affiliates from disputes arising from their work.
The above Angel Policy applies only to Ellen Hutson LLC brand products. For more information about Angel Policies from other manufacturers, please contact the respective manufacturer directly. Thank you.
APPLICABLE LAW AND VENUE FOR DISPUTES
Buyer understands and agrees that this Agreement and Buyer’s transactions with Ellen Hutson, LLC shall be construed and governed by the laws of the State of Washington, and that the exclusive venue for any disputes between Buyer and Ellen Hutson, LLC shall be the state courts of King County, Washington, and Buyer expressly agrees that the state courts of King County, Washington shall have jurisdiction and venue over any such disputes involving Ellen Hutson, LLC.
