Transparent, UV protective, acid free, archival and non-toxic, this universal acrylic adhesive and medium has been extensively tested on literally every type of paper, plastic, metal, wood and glass. PPA is non-sticky when wet and non-tacky when dry. Use for fine art collage, montage, assemblage, decoupage, rubber stamping, scrapbooking , as a dry pigment medium, for glazing or as a finishing coat.
