I've used the Zig Two Way Glue Pen with the chisel nib for nearly two decades--goes on a milky light blue and dries clear. Apply wet and mount items for a permanent bond. Apply to surface and allow to dry before mounting and it functions as a repositionable/temporary bond. NOT designed for mounting lumpy/bumpy dimensional embellishments (i.e. sequins, gems, pearls but MOST EXCELLENT for adhering paper layers together. For me, one of my must-have adhesive tools.
Zig 2 way glue is great for small embellishments. The tip places a small blue glue dot which turns clear when dry. Zig works well for sequins, ribbons, gems, and corners that just won't stay down. I'm giving 4 stars only because I haven't used it long enough to ensure that it holds indefinitely.
