WAREHOUSE FULFILLMENT ASSOCIATE is a small, locally-owned internet business that sells paper crafting supplies – come join our team! The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, dependable, able to multi-task, and communicate clearly in a fast-paced work environment. Applicants need to work well both independently and as part of a team. 

This position will be responsible for preparing orders for shipment, receiving paper crafting products, as well as maintaining accurate records of inventory, shipments sent, and shipments received. During your on-the-job training program, you will learn about our products, services, policies and procedures. 

Work Relationships:

  • Report directly to Warehouse Lead
  • Interact with coworkers, delivery and pickup personnel, and at times customers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect, fill and stage orders in an accurate, thorough and efficient manner in accordance with established Company standards and procedures
  • Prepare product for shipment including packaging for safe shipping, labeling and preparing documentation for International shipments and customs
  • Receive shipments of product into warehouse
  • Handle product in a careful and safe manner; conscious of quality and eliminating damage
  • Practice and adhere to established safety rules and policies
  • Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
  • Participate in annual inventory
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Skills and Experience:

  • Physical demands require the ability to lift, lower and carry packages that may weigh up to 75 pounds
  • Physical activities may include climbing stepstools about the facility, crouching, grasping, kneeling, lifting, pulling, pushing, reaching, repetitive motions, standing for extended periods of time, stooping, and walking
  • Must be able to read, write and take direction in English
  • Organized and accurate; checks own work
  • Strong attention to detail and organization, demonstrating a high level of accuracy when performing all tasks
  • Proficient computer skills - Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Internet Savvy
  • Communicate effectively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of paper crafting supplies a plus
  • Warehouse equipment knowledge is not necessary

  • Part-time, with potential Full-time, Monday through Friday 7:30AM – 4:00PM
  • Location: Issaquah (walking distance from Issaquah Transit Center)
