    A personal favorite!

Over time, I have accumulated several ink pad sets that I use for different reasons. The set I go to the most for color stamping, adding shades of color on paper, and using with coordinating products is Ranger Distress Ink. The entire product line is very easy to learn to use and has a wide variety of colors that are easy for even beginners to coordinate and work with. Ranger Distress also has the same colors in multiple products, such as sprays, markers, paper, and more. I have used so many of my Distress mini ink pads (and reinkers) so frequently that I am now starting with my favorite colors to add the larger size ink pads to my collection. The one tip that will help everyone using ink pads: See JenniferMcGuireInk.com for Jennifer’s ink pad templates to quickly create a color chart with your Distress (and other) ink pads. It was from Jennifer’s blog that I learned about and linked to Ellen Hutson, now my favorite one-stop shop for craft supplies (with the fastest and most reasonable shipping and handling).
