I just bought my second bottle of X-Press It 2 in 1 Glue Pen & Brush -- less than 3 months since I bought my first bottle. The brush is wedge-shaped and 5 mm wide (which is a bit less than 1/4 inch) at its base. It looks and acts like it is made of foam. The acid free glue itself is very runny; it looks like milk, and is about that consistency. I cannot comment on the 1 mm fine tip of this glue applicator other than to say that I couldn’t get it to work on the first bottle I bought, and likewise have had no success squeezing glue through the tip of this second bottle. I’m probably not doing it right. But here’s why I bought it again anyway, and why I’ll probably continue to buy it as needed: I love the way the brush works, and I don’t know of any other adhesive for paper crafters that is applied with a brush. Repeatedly squeezing tiny dots of glue out of a plastic tube is hard on my hands, but this product makes it incredibly easy to apply adhesive to intricate die cuts. Just brush it on. I don’t think it would be practical to try to brush this glue over a large solid area of paper because the brush itself is so tiny, but it works perfectly on intricate die cuts.
I love this product. Love the sponge applicator. Just takes a little
